Captain’s Log 271026 – How Booking Works

We've been updating the website over the last few days to make the booking process clearer.

On the Services page you'll now find a simple explanation of how a day works and the four steps to book. The Pricelist has also been adjusted so the starting guides match what we've always said — we arrange the boat for your group and quote for the party, not strictly by the head.

We've also added a new FAQ page. It covers the questions people ask most often: how far in advance to book, what's included, what to bring, what happens if the weather is bad, and a few others.

If you don't see your question there, send it to us. We'll add the useful ones so the page keeps growing.

Everything is confirmed by email or WhatsApp once you enquire. No instant bookings — just a clear quote and a deposit to secure the date.

If you're thinking about a day out with us — either on the lagoon or one of the other excursions — have a look and send us your preferred dates.
