FAQ :

How far in advance should I book?

As soon as you have dates. We arrange the boat once the date is confirmed, so earlier is better — especially for weekends or larger groups.

What is included?

The boat, captain, and the route we agree. Food, drinks, entrance fees, and any extras are separate unless they are specifically included in your quote.

What should I bring?

  • Sunscreen (high SPF), hat, and sunglasses
  • Light layer or jacket for the breeze, especially at sunset
  • Swimsuit and a towel if you want to swim
  • Soft-soled shoes or sandals (no heels)
  • Phone or camera in a waterproof bag or pouch
  • Any personal medication or motion-sickness tablets if you need them

What should I not bring?

Hard suitcases, high heels, and glass bottles. Soft bags and cans or plastic bottles are easier and safer on the boat. What should I wear?

Comfortable, light clothes. A swimsuit underneath is fine if you plan to swim. Bring a light layer — it can feel cooler on the water once the sun drops.

Can I bring my own food and drinks?

Yes. Many guests bring their own. Just avoid glass. We can also help arrange local food or drinks if you prefer — just say when you book.

Do you provide life jackets?

Yes. Life jackets are on board for every guest.

What if the weather is bad?

We watch the conditions carefully. If it's unsafe, we reschedule or adjust the route. Your deposit is protected in those cases.

How do I pay?

We send a clear quote first. A deposit confirms the booking; the balance is due before or on the day, as agreed.

Do you speak English and French?

Yes. The site is fully bilingual and we work in both languages.
