Terms and Conditions – Captain Murrays


1. Booking & Payment

• All charters must be booked in advance via our website, phone, or authorized agents.

• Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

• Group bookings and private hires may be subject to customized payment terms. 

2. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made more than 7 days before departure will receive a full refund.

• Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable unless due to exceptional circumstances.

• If Captain Murrays Charters cancels due to weather or operational reasons, a full refund or rescheduled date will be offered. Weather & Safety

• All charters are subject to weather conditions and may be postponed or altered for safety.

• The captain's decision is final regarding route changes, cancellations, or early returns due to safety concerns.

• Life jackets and safety briefings are provided and must be adhered to at all times.

4. Passenger Conduct

• Guests must follow crew instructions and behave responsibly onboard.

• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or whose behavior is disruptive or unsafe.

• Smoking is not permitted onboard.

5. Liability

• Captain Murrays  is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage unless caused by our negligence.

6. Fishing & Equipment

• Fishing charters include use of rods, bait, and tackle unless otherwise stated.

• Lost or damaged equipment may incur a replacement fee.

• Catch limits and local fishing regulations must be respected.

7. Accessibility & Special Requirements

• Please inform us of any mobility, medical, or dietary needs at the time of booking.

• While we aim to accommodate all guests, some vessels may have limited accessibility.

8. Children & Pets

• Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

• Pets are not permitted onboard unless by prior arrangement and suitable for marine travel.

9. Photography & Promotion

• We may take photos during charters for promotional use.

• If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform the crew before departure.
